To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). 西班牙豬腩以半煎炸方式，令外皮seared得幾香脆
中間油脂豐富，但唔會過份肥膩，肉質方面都非常軟嫩
除左類似芥末無花果醬好配豬腩肉之外，仲有肉桂蘋果醬，同樣好夾👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
底下既南瓜蓉值得一讚，口感順滑，入口清甜
另外黑蒜薯蓉亦道出店家既心思，食落香味十足，薯落亦好綿密😋😋😋

豬腩肉係非常好食，但比較油膩，所以另一個主菜揀個fresh d既沙律🥗
首先牛肉大概5成熟，岩岩好，肉質口感好軟嫩一啲都唔韌
入口牛味幾濃，稍稍sear過令香味更出👍🏻
沙律望落好plain，但食落有驚喜😍
醬汁有檸檬酸加上海鹽，又酸又咸，令到味道唔會單調😆出乎意料嘅好食

凍冰冰一定要叫番杯熱朱古力🍫
但個肚唔係好舒服唔想飲鮮奶，就轉左oat milk
雖然一家係落鮮奶既香濃幼手，但飲落有淡淡燕麥味
朱古力味亦都足夠濃香，飲落都幼滑
都幾特別，最緊要腸胃對牛奶都幾敏感既我飲得好舒服😌

然後濃香雲尼拿味道充斥口腔，底下有少少莓果去中和番極體甜度

都幾有驚香，白松露係濃香到一上枱已經聞到陣陣白松露香
入口順滑，松露香係炸出黎，成個人都俾白松露香包圍🥰🥰🥰
第一次甜食松露感覺幾好，配既草莓乾呢個選擇幾好
草莓幾酸甜令極體味道唔會單調，無論口感同味道都加分👍🏻

總結呢間法國菜都幾有驚喜，由味道配搭質素都睇得出餐廳既巧思，感覺到有用心去研究同處理每一道菜👍🏻會encore
