今個假日去左中環食fusion菜,由chef Luke一人主理,開放式廚房,比較多bar枱位置,所以都可以睇到主廚點樣烹調每一道食物😍🌟冰菜皮蛋配鹹檸檬甜酸汁第一次食生嘅冰菜,感覺同煮熟咗嘅真係有分別!冰菜爽脆加上皮蛋香味同檸檬汁既調味,新奇的配搭,酸酸地好開胃好fresh,係一個好好嘅前菜選擇!🌟 烤栗子湯配香煎羊肚菌🌰烤栗子湯香濃,飲落有栗子甜味,平時唔鐘意栗子製品既我都好快就飲哂佢😍羊肚菌煎完唔會油,層次感十足,入口暖笠笠💨🌟 烤犬牙南極魚鯪配白蘿蘿扒蝦子味噲荷蘭汁蘿蔔用左月桂葉去烹調,會有淡淡的木質香氣,帶清新既味道!犬牙南極魚鯪用焗既方式烹調,外皮烤至微脆,魚肉鮮甜滑溜。🌟 澳洲穀飼和牛板腱扒配豆豉牛油汁🥩牛板腱扒大概七成熟,入口嫩滑唔會韌,肉味濃郁,配上豆豉牛油汁,鹹鹹香香,好特別,之前未食過呢個味道,配上牛板腱扒有解膩作用!
