近日去咗竹麓拉麵食飯,環境寬敞舒適,坐得好好。點咗招牌和牛肉鹽風拉麵,鹿兒島A5和牛牛肋肉低溫慢煮,軟滑入口即化,油脂香濃,配清爽鹽湯底,唔會太重口,仲加溏心蛋,蛋黃流心一流,啖啖惹味。湯底用炸蒜同香蔥提鮮,食落好過癮。之後試咗煮干し極濃厚醤油拉麵,鰹魚乾煮成極濃郁醤油湯,魚香撲鼻,麵條彈牙吸晒汁,濃厚卻唔覺膩,配埋叉燒,簡直係拉麵控天堂。明治雞肉棒脆皮多汁,雞肉鮮嫩,咬落喀喀聲,香辣味剛好,當小食一流。最後食黑豚肉餃子,外脆內嫩,黑豚肉汁多肥美,配黑醋更突顯肉香,一籠十粒食唔飽。整體嚟講,竹麓拉麵質素高,價錢合理,下次要再嚟試其他款!
