🍜 Khao soi
TBH it's hard to find a good khao soi in HK as it's not commonly found. It was good that thei spice level could be adjusted to your taste. Big chunks of chicken thigh meat in a rich coconut curry sauce. I love the crunchy bits on top to add a nice texture to the dish. Don't let the photo fool you, the portion may look average but is very filling.

🥭 Mango sticky rice
Mangos are sweet and the glutinous rice is cooked well and slightly warm dressed in a light coconut sauce.

🤩I feel this is a hidden gem in Central. Slightly away from the crowds with food that packs a punch of flavour. Highly recommend.
