環境十分之舒適,裝修亦充滿異國風情的格調~Eggplant Anticucho~燒茄子很惹味,外層塗上了鹹香的調味醬而燒,吃後會想再吃的~Chicken panca~雞肉嫩滑有水份,外加了酸酸的沙律醬,頂部再加上了一片紫色的煎餅,令整份雞肉多了份脆香的口感~Xoxo chichen~炸雞很香脆,炸漿很薄,吃起來不油膩,雞肉有水份感,旁邊還有一個酸酸辣辣的醬沾雞吃~Salmon Anticucho~燒三文魚串來的,用了多種混合的香料及醃料燒成,魚肉肥美~Red Snapper Fillet~紅鯛魚來的,用了綠豆蓉及薯蓉,加上柚子及胡椒等焗制,魚肉很嫩滑,完全沒骨的~Grilled Octopus~八爪魚比想像中冧軟很多,完全不費力已可一咬到底,醬汁味道酸酸的,跟八爪魚超夾~Avocado Salad~用了菠菜葉、牛油果及芝麻醬等,當中菠菜葉更是非常新鮮,拌上芝麻醬後,一點菜青味也沒有,很好吃~Broccolini~花椰菜苗翠綠爽脆,新鮮好吃~Torta de Leches~海棉蛋糕上加了香蕉雪糕,中間則放了芒果果醬,而香蕉雪糕更是非常軟滑,有著絲絹般的柔滑,外層再放了數片脆糖,好吃又特別
