東南亞菜係香港黎講,泰菜/星馬菜/越南菜就食得多,偏偏緬甸🇲🇲菜係香港少之有少,其特色係揉合了泰國同印度嘅特色,但卻不如泰國菜嘅酸辣同印度菜嘅香辛,反而其口味比兩者來得含蓄.今次係中環近pmq附近就開左間主打緬甸菜嘅bar and lounge,以緬甸仰光(Yangon)嘅舊名(Rangoon)命名,整間餐廳以墨綠色為主調,將緬甸菜以高格調,精細嘅形式呈現俾客人,係中環黎講,算係一間幾獨特嘅餐廳👍🏻是次透過Restaurant Week認識呢間餐廳,dinner menu$398包前菜,沙律,主菜同甜品,以下係我今次嘅選擇:.($100)幾instagrammable嘅一款cocktail,會連埋個雀籠仔上黎,dry gin base加熱情果,表面個層蛋白打到把泡,酸酸地幾開胃🤪.,屬緬甸撣邦(緬甸面積最大同人口最多嘅一個邦)食品,話係tofu其實唔係用大豆而係用鷹嘴豆粉(chickpea flour)磨碎製成,口感粘稠但因為表層油炸,配以酸酸地嘅羅望子汁,食落外脆內軟作為第一道菜不俗👍🏻.即Tea Leaf salad,係緬甸一種好傳統嘅民間料理,將醃漬茶葉伴以花生,椰菜絲,青椒,芝

[Lahpet Thoke]即Tea Leaf salad,係緬甸一種好傳統嘅民間料理,將醃漬茶葉伴以花生,椰菜絲,青椒,芝麻,魚露等攪均.小弟曾經去過緬甸街邊啲餐館食過,感覺一般,但唔知點解今次係呢間(可能感覺高級啲)食落又唔錯,整碟沙律食落酸酸辣辣,好清新爽脆💯

[Burmese tea ice cream]甜品反而係成餐飯嘅驚喜,Burmese tea味道其實幾接近印度嘅拉茶,製成雪糕奶香味濃但又不乏紅茶味,配以nuts同特製嘅羅望子caramel(食落似酸酸地嘅朱古力醬)唔同層次嘅味道出奇地夾,好色到連朵小黃花都食埋loll

總括黎講係一間好獨特又有心思嘅餐廳,係中環開緬甸菜亦係一個大膽嘗試,因為緬甸菜係香港並唔流行,但睇到出店主好用心,除左裡面會掛啲緬甸生活嘅照片之外,用餐完仲送你一張名信片,感覺非常窩心💖
