今日經過中環,見到這間新開的新派茶記,餐廳裝修懷舊,有不少特色懷舊食物和飲品。我和朋友點了鐵板牛扒拼三文魚扒、鐵板甜酸蝦球雙麵黃、懷舊雪兔以及懷舊紅豆冰。鐵板份量適中,可選燒汁、黑椒汁、蒜蓉汁,跟薯菜。鐵板上枱熱辣辣,淋上醬汁香氣四溢。三文魚扒煎得香身,薄牛扒亦不韌,除了薯條外亦有跟四季豆、西蘭花、椰菜花等蔬菜,非常健康。一般的雙麵黃會配芽菜肉絲等,而這間茶記則非常創新,配搭咕嚕蝦球,味道酸酸甜甜,能減少炸麵的油膩感。至於飲品方面,雪兔其實是雜果賓治加入蝶豆花,藍色和黃色分離非常吸睛,加上面頭鋪上棉花糖。紅豆冰亦不會太甜。
