🇻🇳越菜唔一定淨係食pho,呢間中環越南餐廳最近出了新menu,有唔少高質fusion 菜式。🐽加拿大豬鞍 $248最愛既一道菜~一上枱幾有排場,蘋果木煙燻味好香。豬鞍用慢煮方式處理,所以一切開肉質好粉嫩,食落口感非常juicy,香茅辣醬好開胃,絕對物有所值,最推介~🌯雞肉叉燒松露醬米紙卷 $98上面加左燒過既雞叉燒同昆布魚籽,肉裡有黑松露醬配慢煮雞肉同檬粉,口感同味道層次都好豐富。一向都鐘意食米紙卷,因為感覺比炸春卷fresh好多,的確好適合夏天食。🍕米紙薄餅 (魷魚、蝦仁、青口)$98第一次食用米紙整既薄餅,感覺比普通薄紙更加light 。米紙口感好脆,上面加左唔少海鮮,再配胡志明醬(混左沙律沙嗲醬)🦞Prime 炒蝦河 $148除左虎蝦及上面鋪滿既櫻花蝦,河粉仲特意用龍蝦汁炒,所以上菜時已聞到陣陣龍蝦味,入口蝦味非常濃郁。☕️蜂蜜椰奶越南咖啡下層有蜜糖,等咖啡滴完再加入旁邊既淡椰奶,有咖啡同椰奶香。🍺越式mojito份量幾大杯,而且比普通mojito 多左紫蘇葉既香味。
