友好邀約到新中環餐廳試試,星期六得閒就過了中環一轉。室內燈光充足,反而覺得如果燈光暗一點會更好氣氛。麵包正常但要留肚等前菜。餐前小吃是Amuse bouche- crab meat on crispy squid ink puff。兩個Appetizers先上Maguro tartare with avocado, baked squid wafer,baked squid夠脆而下面既tartare同牛油果都幾開胃。另一個appertizer送上Beef carpaccio, foie gras, truffle, salad leaves & cheese,鵝肝既濃跟味道冇咁濃重既carpaccio食落幾夾。Pasta送上Ravioli of lobster meat and vegetable,意大利雲吞足料,但都係超濃既龍蝦湯更吸引。另一道Fettuccini with jumbo red prawns既紅蝦肉味濃,Fettuccini吸收左蝦汁也不錯的。Entree先上Slow-cooked quail breast on top of quail roll stuffed w

甜品時間送上Passionfruit cheesecake with mango and white chocolate & wafer及Ginger creme brûlée with caramel sauce,creme brûlée較得歡心因薑味不俗。
