中環蘇豪區嘅「Acquasala」由意大利人主理，環境幾有情調✨。試咗招牌Burrata芝士前菜，奶香濃郁配車厘茄好開胃。

燒牛肉珍珠米飯係必點，粉嫩牛肉配生蛋黃同蘋果醋醬，撈飯食好滿足🍚。Rigatoni意粉煮得剛好，煙肉同芝士鹹香夠地道🍝。

雖然價錢唔算平，但質素對得住個價。最鍾意佢開放式廚房同溫馨燈光，好適合同朋友慢慢食傾計～
