一直bookmark 了這間餐廳,今天終於和朋友來了,餐廳氣氛極佳,尤其室外位置,投射在外牆上的影畫好有feel。一場來到當然唔少得飲返兩杯Cocktail,分別是AOAO Sangria及H20 Sour,酒味唔太重好啱女士細味。🔸Shredded Celtuce Salad:萵筍絲沙律,以鰹魚汁加入木魚及魚子,口感非常清新。🔸Akagai:赤背刺身,捲着蘆筍,新鮮嘅配搭。🔸Caramelised Pumpkin:焦糖南瓜,味道甜甜的,好脆口,好像食緊拔絲一樣。🔸Charcoal Grilled Eel:非點不可的菜式,店員會在客人面前用炭直接消在鰻魚外皮,充滿嘆香味!🔸A4 Wagyu Cutlet Charcoal Sando:A4吉列和牛竹炭三文治,單看造型已經夠晒吸睛,味道當然不錯,和牛用吉列的形式去食我還是第一次,再以竹炭麵包夾住去食,非常特別。甜品是抹茶Tiramisu及紅豆大福,好好味,這餐很滿足!
