To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 別以為這裡只有蛇賣, 原來燉湯都十分出色~冬瓜瑤柱螺頭燉湯: 內裡有3片冬瓜, 一整粒瑤柱, 有4-5粒螺頭, 味道清甜, 一盅可分到6小碗~ 見到不少食客都有點個燉湯(有大約8-10款燉湯), 可見受歡迎之程度~蝦醬魷魚豆腐煲: 濃濃的蝦醬味配上新鮮的魷魚, 吃到最後仍然是熱辣辣的~福建炒飯: 配料多得驚人, 上面放了炸過的瑤柱絲, 沒有太多的獻汁, 炒飯底雖然比較濕, 但好好味~竹笙玉子豆腐: 竹笙上放了蝦子, 整個菜式比較清淡~ 另外, 伴碟的菜心...好甜午市沒有套餐供應, 全部都是散叫的, 但這裡的燉湯及小菜皆不錯, 而且用料新鮮, 值得一試!題外話, 見到有食客點叉燒飯, 但個人認為這裡的叉燒顏色帶鮮紅, 色水比較假, 有點嚇人~

午市沒有套餐供應, 全部都是散叫的, 但這裡的燉湯及小菜皆不錯, 而且用料新鮮, 值得一試!

題外話, 見到有食客點叉燒飯, 但個人認為這裡的叉燒顏色帶鮮紅, 色水比較假, 有點嚇人~
