這間位於中環的【椈】,主打日本菜,走日式居酒屋路線,晚市以串燒及炸物為主,配搭多款日式清酒,可以跟朋友食飯傾計的好地方。串燒全部即叫即燒,新鮮熱辣。煙三文魚沙律沙律新鮮爽脆,加了芝麻醬更添風味。炸物拼盤雞軟骨拼豆腐炸至金黃香脆,豆腐幼滑,雞軟骨有咬口,送酒一流。雞軟骨、多春魚、明太子雞翼雞軟骨有咬口;多春魚香脆帶焦香;雞翼中間包滿了咸香味十足的明太子。三文魚腩三文魚燒至表面焦脆,中間油脂滲出,入口滿口魚油脂甘香。番薯仔番薯仔燒至表面焦脆,中間軟糯。豚肉炒烏冬用了三色椒、洋葱及豚肉等,加上燒汁,烏冬炒至爽滑。開心果雪糕紅豆蓉墊底,加上香甜開心果雪糕及小丸子,十分滿足。
