To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 託友人之福今晚去了一間高級中菜館,只招待會員實在太榮幸了。裝潢並不是金碧輝煌,而是平實兼有老派氣勢。金沙南瓜條 - 小食來講份量頗多。外層炸至金黃,每啖都感覺到咸蛋黃的甘香,非常邪惡。內層南瓜片軟熟清甜。南乳脆鱔球 - 肉質豐厚有彈性,鱔皮酥脆可口,只可惜略為南乳不夠入味。酸辣海鮮羮 - 酸辣度剛好,越飲越起勁。蔥燒花膠蹄筋煲 - 這道菜對女士來説是寶,充滿著骨膠原。蹄筋煮得透徹夠味道,有嚼口。矜貴的花膠有漿口感。其實整體靠著那干蔥和姜片爆香了,惹味至極!正!古法野菌鹽焗雞 - 雞皮焦香,沒有多餘脂肪,肉質嫰滑,啖啖肉,美味!杞子圓肉浸豆苗 - 時令蔬菜豆苗,翠綠清甜。𣏌子,圓肉滋補。清而不膩的一道佳餚。芋蓉西米焗布甸 - 好香甜,不甜膩。芋蓉不會太搶味恰到好處!整頓晚餐非常滿足,水準和服務真一流。
