於2005年中環SOHO區開業的川菜「麻辣燙 Chilli Fagara 」獲得11年米芝蓮推介,小店相當低調,都係多得同事推介先至有機會book位食。建議一定要預約,去到嘅時候已經坐滿無得walk-in!睇Menu介紹先至更加了解麻、辣、燙三個分別,麻由花椒(Fagara)引起,有麻痺的感覺🥵辣大家都知係刺激🌶️燙則可同麻、辣並存。餐廳的食物亦分為「麻、辣、燙」三大類!開胃之選有酸辣湯,可選豬肉或雞肉,好足料,有啲荀絲、木耳絲、蘿蔔絲等。我地點左「麻」的重慶口水雞和紅油抄手。口水雞係川菜中必備的涼菜之一,雞入口要冰涼🐥雞皮唔肥夠爽口,肉質都唔錯。鋪滿花椒多紅油🌶️的確食落充滿麻的感覺,又唔會好辣,好食到流口水🤤紅油抄手反而無咁麻,不過粒粒飽滿餡料多皮又薄,都幾好食。「辣」點左乾燒魚塊🐟魚的外皮微脆有口感,咬開肉質幾滑,味道惹味。幾鐘意菜式唔會太辣,見有好多枱外國人都食到。主食都有好多選擇,我哋要咗四川擔擔麵🍜湯底濃郁、有花生香味🥜伴着蔥花、豬肉碎,麵條沾滿湯汁,十分美味🤤🔸酸辣湯🔸重慶口水雞🔸紅油抄手🔸乾燒魚塊🔸擔擔麵🔸Salted Booch Lemonade 🔸Royal Rosel
