To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期日早茶特登去試吓諗住早冇乜人唔使等,點知乘興而去敗興而返,根本唔係一間應有中式茶樓既水準,求其屋企樓下D點心外賣店個D都好過佢.一個什麼XO醬炒蘿蔔糕咸道苦根本冇可能食, 比返佢話換過另外一碟佢話全部係工埸做,一樣嘅,所以冇得換之後同你取消,糯米卷乾,硬同埋一D味都冇,不知所謂,排骨陳村粉差唔多用水煮, 水汪汪. 煎蛋牛肉飯D牛肉係平時賣唔出D山竹牛肉留低既,飯就乾,硬同埋有D生米,三個點心上咗退返一個之後即刻走人,茶都唔飲永遠不回頭
