老公同我在觀塘食飯,見到 呢度幾多人排隊, 尤以海鮮為主打, 工廠區都比較少見, 位置都算闊落。 因為我唔係好食得辣,所以好多出名菜式都冇叫到,但兩個人嚟食,唔食辣嘅選擇都有唔少。 口水西瓜 好彩係微辣,一口咬落去有齊三種味道( 鹹甜辣)層次,中式fusion菜夠特色。 脆米煎焗日本元貝,我欣賞佢入面少少生外面八成熟,咬落淋身,感覺新鮮又鮮甜。 黑蒜蒸海斑件,味道掌握得幾平均,有肉有骨, 我鍾意食啖啖肉嘅海班件多啲,有骨嘅部份都畀老公食。 宮保蝦球,做法其實似咕嚕蝦球,啲蝦夠曬大隻夠新鮮, 肉質結實彈牙。 桃膠焦糖燉蛋, 我最鍾意食桃膠因為好補身, 佢哋桃膠嘅份量 都算幾多,燉蛋唔會太甜,加上脆皮焦糖, 又係另一個中西fusion菜。

桃膠焦糖燉蛋, 我最鍾意食桃膠因為好補身, 佢哋桃膠嘅份量 都算幾多,燉蛋唔會太甜,加上脆皮焦糖, 又係另一個中西fusion菜。
