To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 去開灣仔,11:45就去天然齌食lunch。店內黑黑,好彩有客坐係到 ,如果唔係以為未開舖。點左最愛叉燒包,加豬扒,牛油果沙律。等左20分鐘,一樣食物都唔來之後D員工大大聲咁話D牛油果生,未熟,不如出街貨。坐係店最角落的我聽到,就叫姐姐來,問下佢D牛油果係未準備好,如係係就除消果沙律。姐姐死頂話無事,所以食材己經準備緊。仲立即叫同事上菜Tim...3碟食物即刻就上枱。牛油果沙律最後上,食落去爽爽聲。再叫姐姐來,同佢講牛油果生,唔要啦! 操大陸口音的姐姐就扮無事:你食過個牛油果先話唔要。即回:無食過,點知唔得。佢再扮無奈對同事講,個客,食左牛油果先話唔要!埋單時,扣左牛油果錢,共HKD97., 用信用卡比錢,遲遲都唔處理。唯有自己行埋casher, 姐姐問:你有cash, 未過100只收現金。收卡時又唔講。咁的服務態度太過份。
