素食菜式有不少選擇,有仿肉小炒、湯羹、粉麫和甜品。

💢手工芋頭魚
芋頭魚炸得外酥內軟,芋頭十分粉糯,蘸甜酸醬料同吃,尤為解膩。以價錢而論,份量不算大,我們二人便輕鬆把整份芋頭魚吃掉。


💢西芹炒腰果雞丁
菜式七彩繽紛,整體層次多樣,雞丁大概是豆製仿肉,比真雞肉有嚼勁而且味道更濃,的確有幾分吃肉的感覺。

💢日式鰻魚炒飯
鰻魚飯咸中帶甜,鰻魚的感覺主要來自醬汁,仿鰻魚很細小,似肉多於魚,蔬菜的用量也比較少,但炒功不俗。


To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification.
