To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上星期六與閨蜜前往銅鑼灣利園十里洋場,試一試他們近期火熱的中式下午茶。坐了大概15分鐘,食物由兩大盤蒸籠奉上,一盤是中式熱辣辣的點心和包點,另一蒸籠是乳鴿及不同款式的凍盤。此外一人亦可以點一杯飲品和一碗熱辣辣的粉面。我們先點了他們極力推介的楊枝甘露飲品,味道淡淡的,不大甜,但沒有他們所說的那麼好飲,下次應該要試試他們其實的熱飲,例如薏米水。此外,粉面亦有雞絲煨面及雪菜肉絲麵,我們各選一碗,大家分享來試,味道不錯。總結整個中式點心真的可以再回來一試,味道不錯,價錢亦十分實惠。
