To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 對的不是英式而是夜上海的中式下午茶!我曾經到PP夜上海吃過晚市,當中的醃篤鮮和樟茶鴨令人難忘😍所以週末想研究一下當滬菜變成港女下午茶怎麼一回事🤣餐廳環境就不用挑剔,MUSEA的餐廳景觀絕佳,讓你一邊看維景嘆茶!.下午茶構成:- 第一層滬式豬扒包🌮由鬆軟的小饅頭夾著豬扒與生菜,味道惹味,但豬仔較肥🐽- 第二層是點心層🥟包括黃橋燒餅、蘿蔔絲酥餅以及粉粿,個人認為燒餅與酥餅分別不大,小扣分,粉粿有別於平日酒樓吃的花生白蘿蔔菜脯韭菜豬肉組成的潮州版,而是像蝦餃- 最頂層甜品🍮有玫瑰草莓慕絲蛋糕、抹茶觀音扭紋餅 、特色豆腐花布甸 、脆葡撻,其中一口豆腐花配脆脆最特別,其餘比較普通🙂- 餐茶Cappuccino 或一㝞English Breakfast😹📝總括而言,fusion tea set噱頭為主,食物比平日水準遜色,但假日找個好地方打躉,而且價錢約$2xx是接受,once is enough🥢還是推薦他們的正餐了
