To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 每次來到觀塘都想試一點新餐廳,當然工廈覓食需要做做資料搜集。看到這家黃色台灣菜多好評,便勇闖最多人的駱駝漆大廈3座。上到11樓,發現同層已集齊多間網絡紅店,每間門前都人頭湧湧。➔紅燒牛肉麵直接一點,沒特別,很粗糙的牛肉麵,沒有誠意。湯底就是紅色但淡淡的味道,覺得可以多加蔬果下去熬,增加點甜味,現在感覺是個有味的水作湯底。麵條也讓我很失望,看上去雖然粗,但沒有咬勁,跟上海麵的質地無異。➔清燉牛肉麵就另外一個有味的湯底,喝下去不舒服,感覺很人工。既然主打牛肉麵,感覺可以多點誠意用心製作。現在有點對不住價錢。反而這盤加$10就有的鹽酥菇,夠熱夠香。旁邊還放了一系列的調味料隨便下。最後來一杯螢光色素青蘋果特飲,很久沒看過市面上有這麼假的綠色飲料了。

直接一點,沒特別,很粗糙的牛肉麵,沒有誠意。湯底就是紅色但淡淡的味道,覺得可以多加蔬果下去熬,增加點甜味,現在感覺是個有味的水作湯底。
