大量嘅資深食評, 再一次氹倒我到新店訪, 北角和富道"一"碗麫! 多謝, 又一次...唐心醉蛋, 幾好味, 食味似醉雞, 蛋本身可能因為"醉"過, 所以蛋白比較挺身, 咁佢就真係唐心, 蛋味亦濃, 但$12隻, 你估鏞記咩?牛腩撈粗, 噩夢嘅開始...........啲牛腩係五香, 惜味道唔夠濃, 相當單薄, 似豉油糖水蚊, 切得極細亦蚊得極爛, 但好韌, 唔好味, 擺明火路不對. 但係已係呢碗麫最可吃嘅一環!麫, 看相片以為會係闊生麫, 原來係類似北方麫條但係好闊嘅, 不但冇咬口, 唔彈牙, 冇texture且過厚, 食落只係覺得咬開一塊灼熟嘅粉...豉油好淡亦掛唔倒喺麫條上, 食落好寡, 完全唔討好, 想揾正常豉油吊味又冇, 建議去人哋啲出名撈粗食吓!個阿姐仲係咁叫我加啲湯落碗麫度食, 話啲湯先係精髓, 大佬, 淡上加淡...唯有加那個所謂招牌沙嗲醬, 哈! 原來不過係加jor好多糖嘅沙嗲醬, 食到有啲打冷震講番碗湯, 咩魚豬雞牛嘅鮮味都食唔倒, 反而似味精水, 聽聞係豬骨湯? 份量係咪一比99先? 我試兩匙都唔信自己, 因為見咁多人讚, 再試多兩匙, 算! 放棄!豬手撈粗, 豬手

牛腩撈粗, 噩夢嘅開始...........

啲牛腩係五香, 惜味道唔夠濃, 相當單薄, 似豉油糖水蚊, 切得極細亦蚊得極爛, 但好韌, 唔好味, 擺明火路不對. 但係已係呢碗麫最可吃嘅一環!

唯有埋單走人.

ps, 見現場阿姐客相當串咀... 明白呢種格局係唔會expect有服務, 但係亦不至於句句窒住個客人嘅...
