事緣一行兩人晚上18:45入座,入座前侍應阿姐仲好有禮貌,話餐廳新開係Sensory Zero集團旗下,點知之後的經驗真係令我大開眼界。18:47用QR Code成功落單,叫左蒜蓉包,冬蔭公湯,黃咖哩雞,沙嗲雞串燒和一杯青檸梳打。等左15分鐘,只有杯青檸梳打終於出現,之後一直等到19:15第一次詢問侍應阿姐其他食物進度,佢話幫我跟進一下,之後有位年輕男店員回覆要多少少時間差不多就有,其間開始聽到侍應同其他新入座客人講而家落單食物要等一小時先有,注意係”一小時 = 60分鐘”。再到19:30其他枱都分別有一碟野食上枱,我地枱面都仲係得一杯青檸梳打,再向同一位男店員詢問點解其他比我遲入座的客人已有蒜蓉包/小食,你地其實係咪漏單?但用QR code落單,如果漏單又點解只有青檸梳打出現?年輕男店員再次回覆”因為大家一齊入單所以會耐少少”,到我直接再問咁點解其他遲入座的客人(分別6人同3人組)都有,年輕男店員立即變黑面回覆”因為你地落單既食物準備需時較耐,我地要即刻煮,所以等45分鐘係正常的”。 請問蒜蓉包你係由麵粉開始做?冬蔭公湯由頭開始煮?咪玩啦去到依一刻個男店員都唔想再扮,直接用責怪既語氣

去到依一刻個男店員都唔想再扮,直接用責怪既語氣同我講”或者咁啦,如果你地好趕時間我幫你取消曬所有食物,你地走啦,我免費埋你地杯飲品。”

我去到哩刻真係覺得世界好大,原來哩個世界有哩種餐廳存在。叫客人等45分鐘,一碟食物都出唔到黎,完全冇解釋點解一直冇食物上枱,最後再屈你係你本人趕時間等唔切要取消?你不如直接趕我走算啦扮咩啫如果唔想做,Sensory Zero集團這個餐廳的服務真係世界級,客人落單後45分鐘後自己出唔到食物仲怪客人?

其實新餐廳水準不穩真係冇問題,但不如你地認真聘請一位正常的餐廳經理廚師先開張啦,主要係你地的店員態度同處理手法好有問題,你地服務仲衰過大排檔仲好意思收加一?

最後我係有付正價飲品(加一),因為唔想你地覺得免費杯飲品就當自己係冇問題的。去到最後離開個時,侍應阿姐仲係門口叫人入座,個刻先同啲人講要等一個鐘。侍應阿姐仲解釋因為所有菜式都係即做,所以等候時間係正常,聽到咁我都只能盛讚哩間餐廳既服務,建議早點結業算啦。👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
