來自東京嘅人氣蘋果批Mille Mele Tokyo早前登陸銅鑼灣,主打即焗蘋果批,喺日本橫濱同鐮倉有3間分店。「招牌蘋果批」($36/個;$138/4個)以手工製酥皮聞名,加入慢煮厚切富士蘋果粒作餡,配上日本直送吉士忌廉同豆乳忌廉,經兩次烤焗,食落充滿乳製品嘅幼滑口感同香氣。不過小妹覺得佢唔係最好食嘅蘋果批,皆因蘋果肉唔夠多,蘋果肉質素偶有參差,好睇運氣食唔食到香甜蘋果。而酥皮就香氣十足,可惜層次略嫌不足,批身較薄,但整體都算合格嘅。小妹反而覺得佢嘅「千層牛油脆粒」($38/杯)嘅層次非常足夠,粒粒都炸到酥香脆口。「蘋果梳打」($28),梳打水伴新鮮富士蘋果肉糖漬而成嘅蘋果醬,飲落冰涼而唔太甜,都幾出色。
