To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日去貝沙灣探朋友,就去到數碼港嘅金記解決晚餐,位於數碼港商場地下,環境清幽。首先叫咗個黑松露翠玉瓜炒蝦球,配白飯同埋例湯嘅。首先我係俾黑松露三個字吸引咗,而我一啲都冇失望,因為黑松露香味撲鼻。翠玉瓜爽口,好多大大隻嘅蝦球,而且仲有唔少蘑菇。我會話係一個低卡路里,健康,但係不失色香味嘅一個選擇。再叫咗個無骨海南雞套餐,亦都有中湯同埋油飯。係一個質素唔錯嘅海南雞飯,雞肉嫩滑,屬於白肉嘅雞肉,亦都係一個比較健康嘅選擇。套餐亦提供花生,姜戎,同埋豉油叼下味。再嚟一個我最鍾意嘅,每次去金記都會叫嘅咖喱牛脷意粉,咖喱味香濃,但係唔辣。牛脷啖啖肉,而薯仔亦都非常吸收咖喱嘅味道。因為想吸收多啲蛋白質,所以亦都叫咗個芙蓉蛋飯,非常多蛋,多蝦,亦都多火腿,足料亦足夠蛋白質。而飲品就係喺金記必叫嘅蛋白杏仁茶,滋潤又美顏。
