To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 正正下午茶時間,又心血來潮想食中餐點心,就到了陶源·中菜試其下午茶。首先,點了鮑汁鮮竹卷$24一籠有三件,點心籠身是黃色外型,也好特別,鮮竹卷也包得好紮實,入邊蝦肉也新鮮,豬肉都冧身,鮑汁味很濃,完全滲透了腐皮裏。再點了千島汁脆皮蘿蔔糕 $22.4,一碟四小件,聽名字已覺得好得意。蘿蔔糕被炸成金黃色,外面脆卜卜,蘿蔔糕好味,橙色千島汁被淋在蘿蔔糕上,味道想不到的配合,配上上面的柴魚片,豐富了整道點心的口感。主食方面,點了碟乾炒牛河$68,炒得好乾身,證明很有鑊氣,遠遠已聞到牛河的香味,牛肉也均勻的分佈,不錯。最後,再點了姫松茸遼參粉果$28,一籠三件,性價比也高。外表晶瑩通透,好好看。未食已看到裏面的餡足夠。翠玉瓜,冬菇,松茸,遼參都切成粒,口感爽口。而且全部素食,是好健康的點心。陶源.中菜地址:將軍澳康城商場4樓418號舖
