To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 向來常到這間意樂光顧,其食物質素以平民餐廳來說向來不俗。惟7月1日晚點了一份T骨牛扒,等候近二十分鐘才上菜,更令人詫異的是,所有食物竟已全數冷卻。炸薯條又脆又凍,實屬首次體驗;連牛扒亦已失卻應有的溫度——本應趁熱享用的食物,抵達餐桌時竟已冰涼,又豈會美味?更為荒謬的是,吃完牛扒後,餐湯才遲遲送上,試問又發生了何事?端上來的竟是一碗溫吞的湯,明顯已在室溫下放了許久。其實這間餐廳的食材與烹調手法向來不差,何以這次會出如此紕漏,簡直是糟蹋了食物。這是我首次在這裡吃到如此失準的料理,不知當中出了什麼問題。很大機會是樓面人手不足,導致食物出餐後滯留太久而變涼。希望餐廳能正視問題,加以改進。
