To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 二人限聚令已一段時間,這酒樓有一些二人點心,兩件的份量剛剛好,食客便可以品嚐多一兩款食品。這裏的環境也頗舒適的,餐桌間的距離也頗寬躺,而供應的碗碟餐具等都已經消毒,防疫衛生方面十分注重,令食客吃得很放心。服務方面也相當有水準。平常飲茶多數飲普洱茶,這天轉了菊花,原來也不錯。淡淡的菊花香味令人心情放鬆,配搭點心也是個不錯的選擇。潮州香煎蠔烙 $78/小份蠔烙入口蛋香撲鼻,外圍有點香脆,咬一口,新鮮飽滿又軟滑的的蠔仔就湧出來,只有蠔鮮而沒有腥味,木薯粉漿份量適中,滿分!蟹子燒賣皇 $38漲卜卜的蟹子下面是鮮甜爽彈的蝦肉和新鮮的豬肉,外皮也夠薄。海鮮芋絲春卷 $30外皮炸至十分香脆,裡面有新鮮的海鮮蓉和芋絲。潮州炒飯 $88/小份賣相有點像楊州炒飯,內有六隻新鮮的大海蝦,炒飯粒粒分明,蛋絲和小葱的香氣在口腔內迴盪,小份的份量也有三至四碗,非常滿足。
