To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚食齋,環境食物服務都唔錯,唯一缺點係嘈咗少少。糖醋松子仙斑:呢個名真係勁,其實就係芋頭魚,芋頭炸得好脆,入面啲芋蓉好香,不過就揸得燶咗少少啦,冇苦味嘅, OK嘅。齋三寶:其實即係齋滷味,佢係整返熱先上枱,唔會凍冰冰,唔錯。椒鹽脆茄:其實就係矮瓜切條再包粉漿再炸,又可以當作中式茄子天婦羅。味道都OK,不過心入面硬係覺得如果好似日式天婦羅切片加粉漿落去咋,個口感可能會好啲。乾炒叉燒河:因為冇晒河粉所以轉咗做炒麵,個面都炒得乾身,唯一缺點就係太少齋叉燒,真係幾經辛苦先搵到一粒半粒。有機淮山浸時蔬:呢個清清地幾好味。甜品嗌咗兩款,分別有椰絲雷沙湯丸同埋金箔棗蓉糕。椰絲雷沙湯丸:感覺麻麻,都係鍾意傳統冇椰絲嘅雷沙湯丸,而家爽爽地有啲奇怪。金箔棗蓉糕:呢個好好食,件棗蓉好煙韌,紅棗味都香,熱辣辣非常好。
