前菜點少得招牌齋鹵味,酸甜齋、咖哩齋、齋雞、齋鴨腎等,各樣都做得好好味,未上菜很快已經全碟吃完。素翅好好味,翅很有咬口,覺得比真翅還好吃,值得推介,服務員很貼心幫我們分好一碗碗,所以忘記得拍照。

咕嚕肉味道很好,酸酸甜甜很醒胃。

芋頭魚,芋頭炸得很鬆化,加上酸甜汁,不會有油膩的感覺。

鐵板燒汁煎蓮藕餅,也是很有驚喜,吃完還不知是蓮藕,以為在吃肉餅。

飯食方面點了,崧子香椿素玉炒飯,炒飯夠干身,崧子很香口。




To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants.
