To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 不錯的用膳環境

差不多每天路經此地，但發覺原來自轉手多年而來，都沒有入過美心一次，一來是有種兩層的獨立酒樓，晚膳價位會較高，二來不在商場內，每每都醒不起商場門外有間美心皇宮與男家的家人做節慶祝，也就一貫的選擇在市中心的範圍方便幾家人集合，不想又到稻香明星這些，就提議大家都不多到的地點，轉轉新鮮感。樓底高，整面玻璃設計加上座位之間夠闊，人流又維持八成左右，是理想的用膳環境。菜色中上價位加上美心大集團經常有不同的信用卡優惠，原來吃起來比稻香那些的強逼套餐政策更化算。點了不少五邑和客家菜式，大家都合胃口，其中最受賞識的都是一大鍋的菜飯，用上芥蘭頭有咬口，份量足夠十人分享。燒味小菜都是一貫集團水準，中規中矩，招呼到位。相信即使二人來晚膳，吃點家常小炒的價位都不會太高，有機會再試。
