To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚又是一個冷冰冰的晚上,咁冷冰冰就去茶餐廳食返個靘DINNER,最後就選擇左食九龍餐室。九龍餐室有SET DINNER即係碟頭飯或者叫小菜都可以,而今日我就選擇左叫小菜。第一個小菜就係枝竹火腩鵝掌煲,首先鵝掌炆得好淋好好食又夠入味,仲有火腩既肉量都好多,亦都好入味,最後唔好睇少D枝竹,因為D枝竹索哂成個煲既精華,所以枝竹係最入味架。另外仲有個蝦醬炒通菜,落足料好重蝦醬味,而且D通菜炒得岩岩好,唔會煮到黃哂,配合埋一碗白飯,真係夠哂飽呀!
