今日同朋友黎到朗屏西鐵站附近食台灣野，各自叫左一份牛肉麵、另加一份台式三杯雞。牛肉麵湯底較為清淡，不會太搶。麵條選用幼身麵條，爽身彈牙，但就未能掛湯。三杯雞味道濃郁且十分嫰滑。
