呢間舖頭位置比較偏僻,但朋友介紹話幾好食,咁就一於過嚟試一試啦 蒜拍青瓜:用新鮮嘅生青瓜,配合酸酸辣辣嘅醬料,非常清新可口,好開胃百花蒸釀帶子:咁多道菜,我最欣賞呢個,口感十足非常彈牙,而且能夠識到帶子嘅鮮味沙薑水晶雞:雞肉非常嫩滑,再配合沙薑雞獨有的醬料,味道更加提升了不少蠔皇薑蔥牛肉撈麵:牛肉非常大塊,而且有牛味,撈麵口感也不錯,配合生薑蔥,好味清新可口,但唯一可惜就是鹼水味有點重雞蛋焗魚腸:這款菜式20多年前我媽媽常常煮給我食,令到我非常懷念,現在能夠在吃一次真的是百般滋味在心頭,魚腸份量略嫌有點少和雞蛋煮得有點老,但雞蛋和魚腸的配搭整體也算做得不錯,沒有太多的魚腥味
