今日同朋友搵地方食少少野做宵夜,行過呢間餐廳係食雞煲、串燒同火鍋,於是我地入到去坐低,叫左個泰式鹽燒烏頭,燒羊肉串同埋清酒煮珍珠蜆。先黎既清酒煮珍珠蜆,煮蜆有淡淡酒香味,蜆吐沙都吐得好清,唔會食到成口沙。蜆煮得幾嫩,唔會嚡口,蜆肉本身都幾肥美同幾juicy。跟住黎左燒羊肉串,羊肉有加孜然粉調味,亦都有少少辣味,燒出嚟好香脆,肉質唔嚡好惹味。最後黎既係泰式鹽燒烏頭,烏頭魚鋪滿左鹽,開左魚皮聞到有好香既香料味,烏頭魚肉唔腥,亦都幾嫩。幾好食。呢間餐廳都唔錯,幾好食,下次多人D既時候想試試個雞煲。
