To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最近先後幫襯了「上海婆婆336」和「上海姥姥」兩間上海菜館。先說「上海婆婆336」,曾經,它在港九開有數間分店,但到了現在,就只剩下這次我幫襯的尖沙咀店。其實,這店子是不差的,地方幾大,招呼也好,而這次我在這店子吃的午餐,食物水準也挺不錯。「韭黃鱔糊」($98)是這天的客飯選擇。這客飯的黃鱔與韭黃都下得十分慷慨,份量十足,以濃油赤醬調味的鱔糊,味道濃郁,既好吃,又開胃,配以菜飯(+$5),就更好了。這裡的客飯只要另加 $15便可在三款冷盤:「油燜小竹筍」、「四喜烤麩」和「鎮江肴肉」中任擇其一,另加 $12還可有「酸辣湯」可喝。「酸辣湯」是太太的選擇,我就散叫了「砂窩雲吞雞」($55/位)佐餐。她的「酸辣湯」辣味重,酸味輕,頗有辣勁;我的「砂窩雲吞雞」就材料足夠,湯味也過得去。冷盤我們就揀了「油燜小竹筍」,帶有濃濃醬油甜味的爽口竹筍,是我喜愛的味道。「蜜汁火方」($112)是太太相當喜歡的菜式,這兒的「蜜汁火方」做得有板有眼,甚有水準,而且價錢便宜,性價比極高,絕對值得一試。點心「京蔥手切牛肉包」($42)一客三隻,包軟熟,味道好,稍嫌京蔥不夠多,仍是水準之作。農曆新年將至,這兒也推出了

農曆新年將至,這兒也推出了一些賀年特備菜式,小菜、飯麵、甜點都有,而我這次就試了「脆皮馬蹄條」($38/4條)和「流心椰汁小煎堆」($38/3粒)兩款甜點,兩款甜點都甜度適中,既可滿足甜胃,又不會過於甜膩,作為飯後點心,挺好。
