平日好少去到油塘,去親都係為咗掃墓拜山。一般都係空肚拜山,所以拜完特別肚餓!同屋企人一齊唔想諗地方搵食嘅話,通常都係去飲茶。明星酒家分店好多,但冇一間响附近。因為佢大多藏身領X商場,所以位置冇咁方便。場內大枱好多唔駛排就可以直入,反而細/中枱就要等位,但都係等15~20分鐘左右。酒樓環境衛生,枱與枱之間唔算好迫,坐得舒舒服服!點心方面,腸粉比較出色!粉漿厚薄適中有彈性,腸粉皮唔會一夾就散。而牛肉腸粉啲餡料係用切碎嘅牛肉粒,而唔係坊間嘅牛肉漿,係真正有牛肉嘅牛肉腸粉。而炸兩腸粉又係外軟內脆熱辣辣,誠意推介。值得一提係四賓雞扎,佢哋係用最傳統餡料 - 豬肚 / 魚肚/ 雞肉/ 冬菇,係兒時食過嘅配搭比用火腿條好食入味好多。包點方面,雪山叉燒餐包絕對係皇牌!香酥嘅脆皮充滿牛油香味,包底鬆軟,叉燒香甜,一次感受多重口感!其他點心水準一般,蘿蔔糕同埋菜苗餃就唔推介喇!蘿蔔糕始終係自家出品最足料。而菜苗餃啲皮一夾就穿,菜苗淡而無味水準之下。
