To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 餐廳環境：3.5/5 （整體乾淨企理，特設室外吸煙區，食煙既朋友應該幾鍾意。）員工態度：3.5/5 （樓面員工比較忙，所以都不要期待話態度好好，服務尚可）食物質素：3/5 （肉骨茶同茶記例湯有得揮；整體味道尚可，但不要太大期望，略嫌食物溫度不足，似翻叮出黎。）食品價格：2/5 （同樣價錢可以食到米之蓮餐廳，一樣有海南雞飯及其他類似菜色，所以俾得較低分。）總結：未必會再食，用外賣app個啲人士亦不要有太高期望。
