To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 假日想吃過下午茶, 見到有$38一個餐,都幾抵,又多人幫襯。茶餐B) 鮮忌廉豬骨湯鮑魚火腿絲湯通粉 + 牛奶炒滑蛋 + 多士 + 熱飲 = $38自家淆製忌廉豬骨湯底,第一啖飲落鹹味重了一點,但其後飲落都ok,炒蛋香滑, 採用日本雞蛋,蛋味香濃。茶餐C) 蜜糖芥末叉燒炒蛋豬仔包 + 熱飲 =$38豬仔包唔夠香脆,有厚厚的炒蛋,但叉燒份量太少,夾在豬仔包之中幾乎品賞不到,仍需進步。還有一點,見到店員在大大力的掃地,塵埃飛揚,但當時客人多正在用餐,店面小小,灰塵會飄揚沾到食物,這一點需要改善。
