To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐無食越南野🇻🇳,去開megabox見呢間唔使排隊就入去試下晚市時間人又唔算好多,環境唔算好靚,不過估唔到食物又唔差。▪️魷魚粒炸蝦丸 ($68)新鮮熱辣,一炸起超香超好食😋▪️炭燒香草豬頸肉 (84)份量都唔算少,幾香口,肉質幾爽口,同埋其實本身都幾夠味,唔點個汁都已經好食▪️辣椒膏虎蝦炒越南粉絲 ($78)好大碟!有兩大隻虎蝦,好惹味,連蝦頭都好好食,不過就唔算辣,粉絲炒得唔錯▪️馬拉盞炒蓮藕苗 ($72)第一次食,老實講我就麻麻地,口感同蓮藕完全唔同😂不過隔離果個又食得幾滋味好似唔係叫咗好多嘢食,但係每碟份量都唔少,呢個價錢黎講算係咁
