三人點了半隻北京填鴨, 乾扁四季豆, 女兒很喜歡麵食,點了擔擔麵和蔥油拌麵。我喜歡吃肉,點了咕嚕肉。
吃過很多處的北京填鴨,包括國內的。個人認為只要個皮不太厚也不太薄;鴨皮燒得夠香;刀工要求稍為薄一點;加上醬汁味道不要死鹹,就已經好味。
綜合以上的審鴨條件,結論北京樓是合格的,麵食亦不過不失。但最敗不的就是咕嚕肉。
肉質好像被蒸過了, 又干又實,加上炸浆不夠鬆脆。
其實北京樓環境舒適,服務勉強合格,價位貼地。只要下次再來不要點廣東菜便好了。
