To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 牛角呢個名,早就聽聞過,今次決定認真試一試佢今次晚餐食,揀左level 2個個餐由於星期日晚市,要成$318一位牛舌薄身,好易熟,食落口都嫩滑有咬口,好好食豚肉五花,薄身一片,無點醃過,配上汁醬係非常好食,燒到佢少少焦,十分香口👍🏻和牛肩脊肉好有牛肉味,有少量油花分布,食落口無好油膩的感覺。多春魚上台時感覺好似唔精神咁,但係燒完食個時,無腥味,少焦的情況下十分香口好食青口屬於正常,沒有太大的問題食物種類款式都算ok,唯獨價錢偏高,但沒有對等級數的食物,少少失望加上一入座就發現地下痴立立,竟然沒有清潔好,衛生有點兒不足
