To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日同朋友放工喺觀塘食嘢，朋友帶咗我去工業區嘅一間台式小店食晚餐，呢間小店好方便地鐵站行幾分鐘就到，價錢仲好實惠❤️。我哋叫咗個熔岩蛋之戀（拉絲芝士火腿蛋餅），脆炸鮮奶卷古早芋泥二文治，特盛紫菜牛肉便當我不是章魚燒同兩杯黑糖珍珠鮮奶。熔岩蛋之戀：皮薄餡多，蛋餅外皮包住拉絲芝士同醬汁加上鹹香嘅火腿配搭得好完美，層次豐富。古早二文治：佢係芋泥卷同鮮奶卷組合，鮮奶卷外皮炸得香脆，包住濃郁嘅流心鮮奶，一咬落去就爆漿好正👍，芋泥卷啖啖芋香，口感豐富。明太子我不是章魚燒：佢真係唔係章魚燒嚟㗎😂，彈牙好味，面頭再加上明太子醬倍感滋味。特盛紫菜牛肉便當：呢個便當好有驚喜，未試過牛肉便當啲餸多嗰啲飯😂，嫩滑嘅牛肉加上好幾款嘅配菜，面頭再加上滿滿嘅香蔥同紫菜，超超超豐富食得好滿足❤️
