今日又再次泥依間餐廳食,好食當然要覆桌,大排檔風味非常適合朋友吹水。今日同朋友嚟請乜至今嗌咗啤酒飲兩杯談天雪地。薑蔥霸王雞(半隻)$118最簡單的菜最考真材實料,本身啲雞都好滑好香,再加埋薑蔥味,又不會喧賓奪主金銀蛋浸時菜($68)食咗咁多肉當然要叫啲菜,依味係大排檔傳統必有的菜,依間整得好有風味,既有金銀蛋的香,叫咗菜心啲菜亦都非常鮮甜,相映成趣。金不換炒蜆($98)嚟得大排檔當然要食啲香口嘢,叫個炒蜆就少不免喇,金不換香草固然香,配合埋新鮮炒蜆簡直無敵👍🏻薑蔥魚腩煲($78)最後唔係好夠喉,所以叫咗個薑蔥魚腩煲,啲魚腩整得好好一啲都唔腥,拎出嚟咋渣聲,超級香流晒口水🤤當然作為飯桶的我倆,兩碗白飯是少不免的。啲餸撈飯一流🤤 值得一題係我個friend叫咗杯凍檸茶—真係超級大杯有點誇張haha
