To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次經foodpanda平台order咗兩份鷄上脾無骨沙薑雞飯,因要鷄上脾所以要加錢,總共30元,但外賣平台送餐來時,打開餐盒見的鷄位置全是鷄胸,形態散亂,好似垃圾一樣,今次不是第一次,對上一次都是這樣,最後聯絡平台,他好似不願賠償下賠償50元,但我不是要他的賠償,我只是想食兩客無骨鷄脾飯,最後這兩盒飯我當做廚餘吧,之後嘗試打電話去餐廳投訴,但又不斷打不通或無人聽,所以我放棄,當今日唔好彩
