To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 作為茶樓來講,點心做得太失敗了。連最基本的控油都做不好,炸兩的口感是海綿浸油包腸粉、七味豆腐,同樣又油又濕,連對面IKEA的炸物都炸得比它好。簡直“油物”中的“油物”,吃一口就退單了。預製菜就預製菜,可以諒解,但一間茶樓連油溫都不會控,等同開餐廳不會煮飯。蝦餃、燒麥的餡材料香味0層次,只能用貧乏兩個字形容。不是餡入面只有肉就得,蝦餃改善口感與鮮甜味的筍丁消失、燒麥中的冬菇。預製菜不是問題,問題是選品的水平太差。是大廚被炒,還是味覺失調?茶,這次是香片,質量欠佳。與同價位的茶樓比較,性價比極低。不貴,但同價位比它好吃,比它貴10%的茶樓,能好吃30%-40%。走的時候,全肚都是油,看完張單成了火上澆油
