職員態度唔友善，反應遲緩，黑色冷氣機水滴落食物同食客度都唔諗住作出任何反應，直至到第二次又有冰噴出來跌落食物，職員先問有冇需要換嘢食
食物質素亦未如網上說得那麼好吃，雞煲很甜，飲品亦有藥水味，整體體驗很差，令人感覺不會再來一煲
