荃灣紗廠經活化後,進駐左好多特色餐廳,每到食飯時間,王牌冰室門外必定大排長龍。今日與同事避過午飯人潮,過左1:30先黎試一試。雖然已過午飯高峰期,但仍然要排隊,等左差唔多10分鐘就有位喇~~~呢到有4款王牌推介招牌菜,價錢已包熱飲。加錢可以轉凍飲或特飲。餐廰內有大大隻霓虹光管整成嘅「是是旦旦叉燒蛋飯」字眼,當然要試一試呢個招牌菜有幾「是旦」啦﹗﹗﹗王牌叉燒特濃牛乳炒滑蛋飯 $54單看賣相,已經唔「是旦」,叉燒炒蛋一整塊完整咁覆蓋係飯面,有葱花點綴,所以唔食葱嘅朋友記得叫「走葱」啊﹗蛋炒得鮮嫰,唔會過老,仍有蛋汁係上面,入口好滑。叉燒好大件,半肥瘦,只係D D 硬,不過係可以接受嘅~~~上面淋左豉油汁,如果豉油汁可以多D 或者另上,就更prefer喇~~~~~後記:*大門外有台式飲品counter,可以買杯邊行邊飲
