To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 昨晚經過銅纙灣、忽然想起這咖啡店、見未試過又有時間、便來一試。坐位很少、好在還有二個位、二話不說、立刻坐下；看看店面、看不到、又沒有、再看看餐牌、也知道這裡沒有我喜歡飲的咖啡種類；最後辣椒女選擇了house blend coffee、我就選擇了latte。house blend coffee - 味道偏淡、唔夠咖啡香、飲了一口就放棄了。latte - 咖啡和奶的比例唔多配合、偏苦；花心大細邊、唔多專業、又唔靚，和一般喜歡的味道完全唔同、飲了半杯便走了。沖咖啡的手法、還須要再學習、可能是半途出家吧！可能這裡的沖咖啡方法唔合我們、又可能每人的喜好不同、但這裡就不是我們杯咖啡。
